We do not own images or film copyrights

We do not own the images, movie posters, stills, backdrops, logos, or film copyrights displayed on MovieMint Alerts. All copyrights, trademarks, artwork, and promotional assets belong to their respective copyright holders, movie studios, producers, and distributors.

  • Movie artwork source: Film posters and imagery are retrieved via public metadata services including The Movie Database (TMDB). As noted across our service, this product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
  • Informational use: Artwork and movie titles are presented solely for identification, descriptive, and nominative purposes so you can recognise the movie you wish to track.
  • No ownership claim: MovieMint Alerts claims no ownership, copyright, or exclusive rights over any movie title, artwork, poster, or marketing imagery.

Third-party brands and trademarks

MovieMint Alerts references ticketing platforms and cinema chains to help users know where shows are scheduled and where bookings open. We do not own these brands or trademarks.

  • External brand ownership: Brand names, service marks, logos, and registered trademarks—including BookMyShow (owned by Bigtree Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.), District (owned by Zomato Limited), and theatre chain marks such as PVR INOX, Cinepolis, AMB Cinemas, and others—belong strictly to their respective owners.
  • Nominative fair use: Mention of these brand names is strictly for nominative fair use to describe the ticketing service or cinema exhibitor where bookings and seat openings are tracked.
  • No endorsement or affiliation: Use of these trademarks does not imply, constitute, or suggest any affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by BookMyShow, District, or any cinema chain.

The MovieMint name, logo, site interface, original artwork, alert monitoring and dispatch software, and documentation are proprietary to MovieMint and protected by applicable copyright, database, and trademark laws.

You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute our platform software or website design without prior written permission from MovieMint.
